Welcoming Patients
The past couple of weeks has been a whirlwind, to say the least, but it’s been exciting to see things coming together and all those packages of medical supplies coming to my new clinic. I’m so thankful for nice landlord, maintenance, neighbors, and friends who have helped me or encouraged me along the way to help transform the space into a clinic. It’s still coming together, and I’m happy to announce the day has come for me to be able to start seeing patients!
I will plan on an Open House in another 2-4 weeks, once things settled down and I have the clinic more decorated and organized. One setback was a storage cabinet for medications and supplies turned out to be broken after we moved it to the clinic, so I need to find a new way to store supplies. This is just one of the many things I didn’t have to figure out or take care of before, but I think it’s a good learning process for me to be the one to set everything up and to really know what all goes into getting a clinic running.
I will be contacting everyone who has pre-enrolled already to come in for an appointment.
I look forward to hearing from you and serving you as your family doctor!
